Nic’s Sticks by OPI {Spoil Your Family Review + Giveaway #25}
Welcome to day 19 of the Spoil Your Family Summer Giveaway Event being hosted by Annette from Annette Funnyjello and myself. OPI has been my favorite brand of nail polish since my aunt introduced me to the beautiful deep red “I’m Not Really a Waitress” shade the night before her wedding. This was the color she wore for her big day and a fantastic choice, I’d have to say. OPI has a come a long way since then and now have a new and innovative product called Nic’s Sticks.
I was sent four different Nic’s Sticks to try out. I received Plum & Get It, Don’t Leaf Yet, Rainbow’s End and the Hydrate It! Nail Hydrator. My favorite is the Hydrate It! stick (photographed on my nails below). I love adding a bit of shine to my natural nails. My favorite of the actual colors I received would have to be Rainbow’s End, a medium golden brown color.
My favorite feature on the website is the “Try it On” option. You can choose your skin tone and nail length, to see which colors would look perfect on you. Using this feature, I have decided that the next color I want is Form One Lime.
I love that this line incorporates a hydrator, nail strengthener, a top coat and a nail brightener so you don’t have to use bottles for those things. Having my nail polish in a stick is definitely more convenient for travel. I can just throw it in my purse and pull it out if I ever need a quick fix on my nails. These sticks also dry very quickly which is also awesome for using them on the go.
